Each individual Player may hold only one registered account on zetben. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. zetben operates a KYC verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before your account is approved for withdrawals or before a withdrawal of any amount is processed. zetben reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
zetben is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any real-money wager on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
zetben reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any winnings derived during the underage period. zetben accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and bank transfer to and from selected Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. zetben does not accept payments via credit cards, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the zetben account dashboard. zetben reserves the right to adjust these limits based on account verification status, transaction history, or applicable risk assessments.
Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your zetben BDT wallet instantly upon confirmation. Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). zetben is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
All funds deposited into your zetben account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is prohibited. zetben reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.
zetben does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which zetben has no control or responsibility.
Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified at the time of the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Real Money Balance deposits that have not been used to meet Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the standard withdrawal processing terms above.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. zetben reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, or other criteria.
Every bonus issued by zetben is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before any associated winnings become withdrawable). Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live dealer table games, sports bets, and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. zetben monitors account activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet Wagering Requirements, or withdrawing funds immediately following bonus fulfilment without genuine gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, zetben reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant account.
zetben reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a material change is made to an active promotion, zetben will endeavour to notify affected players via account notification or email. Promotions are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by applicable law.
All casino games available on the zetben Platform use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. Sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international football, are subject to their own specific market rules, which govern the settlement of bets, void conditions, and in-play market suspension procedures. These rules are published within the zetben sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zetben Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
zetben reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if zetben has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has engaged in a Restricted Activity, breached these Terms, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, zetben may freeze account funds pending investigation and is not obligated to release funds until the investigation is complete.

Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered BDT payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zetben's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zetben account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zetben shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
zetben does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. zetben will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Nothing in these Terms limits zetben's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by zetben's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
zetben reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, zetben will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via account notification or email.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the zetben Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zetben's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by zetben's operating structure.
